AUSTRALIAN TELEVISION WRITER & PRODUCER
I’m a freelance Australian Television writer and producer, specialising in children’s and comedy. I’ve written for ABC Kids TV series such as ‘Fizzy and Suds’, ‘Definitely Not News’, ‘Good Game: Spawn Point’, and ‘Soundtrack to Our Teenage Zombie Apocalypse’.
FOUNDER OF ‘THE SELF-MADE CREATIVE’
It is my passion to help other writers and other creatives in Australia thrive. I know exactly what it’s like to feel lost, unmotivated, and frustrated with your lack of progress. It took me years to figure out how to turn my life around, and I want to help you do the same. Forget one-size-fits-all productivity hacks. I’ll help you create a way of working that’s tailored to your unique creative process, so you can channel your effort into what truly matters and achieve your goals.
While my workshops are popular amongst writers, the methodology I’ve developed can be utilised by any type of creative. I will give you a new perspective on creativity and help you navigate the most common pitfalls.

WHY IT WORKS
Most people look to the experiences of others to find their way forward. We often search for the “secret ingredient” to success, believing that if we simply copy a successful writer’s methods, it will work for us, too. But what appears to be a shortcut is often a dead end.
While we can learn a lot from applying the practices and techniques that have worked for others, this alone isn’t enough. We are all individuals, and we need to create our own personalised system that maximises our creativity and helps us overcome our specific mental roadblocks.
Carving out your own path begins with understanding yourself.
The Self-Made Creative course will help you understand your own brain and how your neurochemistry affects both your creativity and the mental fatigue that stifles your ideas. You’ll discover the role your unconscious mind plays in generating new ideas and how it can also hold you back. Most importantly, by completing the course, you’ll be guided through a process to design a personalised system that will keep you accountable, boost your creative output, and help you actually enjoy the process.
